Terms of Service

ExitWiz is an online portfolio tracking platform operated by Alpha Consultancy Services, a business based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us", or "our"). Our support email is teams@exitwiz.com.

By accessing or using ExitWiz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

ExitWiz is a portfolio tracking and informational tool. We are not a registered investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio management service, or broker under any Indian or foreign law, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Act, 1992.

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or any form of financial advisory service. All data, analysis, risk scores, and insights are for informational and educational purposes only. Consult a qualified financial adviser registered with the appropriate regulator before making any investment decisions.

Past performance of any security or portfolio is not indicative of future results. Market data is provided on an end-of-day basis and may be delayed or inaccurate.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using ExitWiz, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

Access to ExitWiz requires authentication via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to share your access credentials with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

ExitWiz offers the following plans:

• Core Plan — ₹199/month (India) · $5/month (Global): up to 20 holdings, end-of-day portfolio tracking, 7-day report history.
• Pro Plan — ₹499/month (India) · $12/month (Global): unlimited holdings, full report history, advanced insights.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are shown in INR for Indian subscribers and USD for global subscribers, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent

All content, trademarks, logos, and software forming part of ExitWiz are the property of Alpha Consultancy Services or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial portfolio tracking.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Market data, NAVs, and financial information are sourced from third-party providers (including yfinance and mfapi.in). We do not guarantee their accuracy or timeliness and are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on third-party data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Consultancy Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
