Refund Policy

How subscription cancellations, billing issues, and refund exceptions are handled on ExitWiz.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to ExitWiz, operated by Alpha Consultancy Services, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your ExitWiz subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to your plan's features until then.

After cancellation, your account reverts to a read-only state and no further charges are made. Your portfolio data is retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time you may resubscribe to regain full access.

3. Refund Eligibility

As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. This is because digital services are delivered immediately upon payment.

However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Service unavailability: If ExitWiz was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid billing period due to an error on our part, you may request a pro-rated refund.
  • Accidental duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate amount promptly.
  • Technical failure at subscription: If you were charged but never received access to the Service due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at teams@exitwiz.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The payment amount and approximate date of charge

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

5. Upgrade Promotions

When upgrading from Core to Pro, you may receive a promotional period (e.g. 2 months free) before your first Pro charge. The promotion is applied automatically at checkout. After the promotional period ends, standard Pro pricing applies and your subscription renews monthly.

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from Pro to Core mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the next billing date. We do not issue credits or refunds for the unused portion of a higher-tier plan.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us.
